We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) to get our products to our customers in the United States. Customers in Canada receive a $20.00 surcharge due to UPS shipping rates. We usually ship orders via the method chosen during the on-line ordering process, but we do not hesitate to save the customer money and/or time by using an alternate service.
We are dedicated to prompt customer service, so we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible (either the same or next business day). Items drop-shipped from one of our partner locations in California may require additional time, due to workload and the time of day the order is placed.
UPS Ground shipping times from here in Connecticut:
East Coast: 2-3 business days
Central States: 3-4 business days
West Coast: 5-6 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories and APO/FPO customers - We ship to these locations via USPS or UPS. An additional shipping charge of $20.00 per box will be added to cover the additional fee charged by the carrier.

Change of Shipping Address
UPS now offers re-routing service to their customers. If the shipping destination changes after you place your order, let us know the new shipping address and we will contact UPS with the updated information. There will be an additional charge (levied by UPS) of approximately $10.00 for this service, plus additional return shipping charges.
We currently ship to Canada using UPS Standard service.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (item must be in unused, new condition). We will then work with you to initiate the return and supply a replacement/refund as soon as possible.
